Telangana Govt celebrates World Tribal Day

Hyderabad, Aug 9 (UNI) The Telangana Tribal Welfare Department celebrated World Tribal Day with grandeur at Komaram Bheem Adivasi Bhavan, Banjara Hills, on Friday.

In his address as the chief guest, Telangana Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar praised the unique culture of the tribals living in the state, highlighting the government's commitment to preserving their heritage.

Chennai, June 19 (UNI) A fisherman from Mandapam near Rameswaram in Ramanathapuram
district of Tamil Nadu was reported missing after their mechanised vessel started sinking following
a technical snag, while three others who had ventured into the sea with him for fishing, reached the shore safely with the help of other fishermen.
