Armed Reserve constable allegedly commits suicide in Telangana

Hyderabad, Sep 28 (UNI) A 27-year-old Armed Reserve (AR) constable allegedly committed suicide in the early hours of Saturday by shooting himself at the Collectorate complex, Kongarakalan, in Rangareddy district.
According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Balakrishna, a 2018 batch Armed Reserve Constable and a native of Manchala in Rangareddy district.
He reportedly took the extreme step while on duty on the ground floor of the Collectorate building.
The constable's body has been sent to Osmania General Hospital for post-mortem examination.
A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway, the police added.
