ACB sleuths caught In-Charge Sub-Registrar for accepting Rs 20,000 bribe in Telangana

Hyderabad, Mar 21 (UNI) The officials Warangal Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Unit on Thursday caught an In-Charge Sub-Registrar while accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000 in Jangaon district in Telangana.
At around 1635 hours, the Accused Officer (AO-1) Parvatham Ramakrishna, Senior Assistant at the Office of the District Registrar, Warangal, and In-Charge Sub-Registrar, Station Ghanpur, along with Accused-2 Adunuri Ramesh, a Private Assistant, were caught by the Warangal ACB Unit at the Sub-Registrar Office, Station Ghanpur, a ACB statement said on Friday.
The bribe was allegedly demanded and accepted by AO-1 through A-2 to process the gift registration work of the complainant and his elder brother. The complainant’s details have been withheld for security reasons.
