Telangana: ACB arrests two Excise women cops on Graft charges

Hyderabad, Feb 28 (UNI) Anti Corruption officials have caught two Excise women cops
red handed while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 for doing an official favor “ for taking action against persons, selling toddy illegally in the toddy-selling licensed area of the complainant in Nirmal District.
ACB sources said an excise women Sub-Inspector Patil Nirmala, working at Bhainsa in Nirmal district was caught red-handed at her residence in Bhaina town by the Anti Corruption officials on Thursday night while she demanded and accepted Rs 10,000 as a bribe from the complainant through an excise women Constable Salika Sujatha for doing an official favor “ for taking action against persons, who are selling toddy illegally in the toddy selling licensed area of the complainant”.
