NIA obtains 10-day custody of Rameshwaram Cafe bombers

Bengaluru, April 13 (UNI) In a significant development in the Rameshwaram Cafe blast case, the NIA on Saturday made progress in their investigation by obtaining 10-day custody of the two accused, Mussavir Hussain Shazib and Abdul Mateen Ahmed Taahaa, for further questioning.
Shazib and Taahaa were produced before an NIA here today to begin the process of framing charges against them. Shazib is alleged to have placed the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at the cafe, while Taahaa is believed to be the mastermind behind the attack.
This custody allows the NIA to gather more evidence and information about the incident, helping them piece together the events leading up to the blast and identify any other individuals involved.

He slammed the decision to grant a 4% reservation to Muslim contractors in government tenders, calling it an act of "blatant appeasement politics."
"The Chief Minister has repeatedly stated that 4% reservation in government tenders will be given to Muslims. The question is, why only Muslims? Why has the Chief Minister, who came to power with the support of all communities, forgotten the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) and neglected the injustice faced by Hindus in Karnataka?" Vijayendra questioned while addressing media.
