CGI launches app to bolster women’s safety in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Mar 29 (UNI) In a significant technological intervention to enhance public safety, CGI has developed a mobile application for the BSAFE Constituency Program, facilitating data collection, reporting, and tracking of safety concerns.
The initiative, in collaboration with the Bangalore Political Action Committee (BPAC), aims to make public spaces safer for women through structured audits and action plans.
The BSAFE Constituency Public Place Safety Audit Report for Vijayanagar and Govindarajanagar Assembly Constituencies was unveiled on Saturday in the presence of Priya Krishna, MLA of Govindarajanagar, and Srividya Natraj, Vice President of CGI.
