Telangana: Jubilee Hills by-poll concludes; counting on Nov 14

Hyderabad, Nov 11 (UNI) Polling for the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election, which began at 0700 hours, concluded at 1800 hours on Tuesday.
The by-election was necessitated by the death of sitting BRS MLA Maganti Gopinath. While 58 candidates were in the fray, the contest primarily centred around three key contenders—Maganti Sunitha of the BRS, Naveen Yadav of the Congress, and Lankala Deepak Reddy of the BJP. All three parties expressed confidence in securing the seat.
The by-election drew significant political attention, with both the ruling and opposition camps treating it as an important indicator of public sentiment ahead of upcoming political developments in Telangana.
