Hyderabad-Hanoi flight delayed for several hours due to tech glitch

Hyderabad, Nov 8 (UNI) A flight from Hyderabad to Hanoi, Vietnam, was delayed for several hours due to technical problems, leaving numerous passengers stranded at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) since Friday night. Flight VN 984, which was originally scheduled to depart at 11:55 PM on Friday, did not take off until 9:00 am on Saturday.
The stranded passengers protested the prolonged delay and lodged complaints with the airline’s management, but no immediate solution was provided. According to airport sources, the delay was caused by a technical glitch. The airline arranged accommodation for the passengers overnight. The flight is now scheduled to depart at 10:00 am.
Meanwhile, several other flights bound for Mumbai and Delhi from RGIA also experienced delays due to a technical issue with Air Traffic Control . While minor delays in automated operations may continue, airport sources confirmed that normalcy is expected to be restored soon.
