Telangana Govt. fulfills 15-year-long demand of disabled corporation employees

Hyderabad, Oct 1 (UNI) Telangana State Corporation for the Disabled Chairman Muttineni Veeraiah has expressed heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, and Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar for fulfilling a long-pending demand of disabled employees by implementing the 2010, 2015, and 2020 PRCs (Pay Revision Commissions).
In a statement here on Wednesday, Veeraiah said that with the government’s approval, the revised salaries were released on Tuesday, resulting in an average hike of over Rs 55,000 per employee. He pointed out that despite repeated efforts over the last 15 years, the previous BRS government had ignored these demands, leaving employees in disappointed.
“As soon as these three PRCs were approved, we ensured immediate implementation, and employees received their increased salaries yesterday. This is a historic step that coincides with the festive spirit of Dussehra,” he said.
