Over 30 nabbed for attempting to disturb sanctity of police recruitment

Lucknow, Feb 17 (UNI) More than 30 people were arrested or detained by the police from different districts of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday for attempting to disturb the sanctity of the Constable Civil Police Direct Recruitment Examination held in two shifts at 2,385 centers across all 75 districts.
Police sources said that while 15 people were nabbed in Etah district, 5 were held in Jaunpur followed by 4 in Firozabad, 3 in Hathras, 2 in Kanpur, and 1 each in Mau, Deoria, and Bijnor.
"In all, 58 people have been arrested by the police and the Special Task Force (STF) in this regard," they said.
