Delay in fever treatment can be fatal, warns Bareilly CMO as ‘Dastak’ campaign kicks off tomorrow

Bareilly, Apr 9 (UNI) Amid a massive push to fortify the district against seasonal diseases, Bareilly is set to launch the ‘Dastak’ campaign from tomorrow, that will end on April 30.
During this 21-day intensive drive, frontline workers will conduct door-to-door visits to identify potential patients and raise awareness about communicable diseases.
On the eve of the launch, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. Vishram Singh issued a stern warning to residents: "Delay in reporting fever can prove heavy. Early detection is the key to preventing outbreaks."
