Army foils infiltration bid in Rajouri sector of J&K

Jammu, March 4 (UNI) Army troops successfully foiled an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control in the Rajouri sector of Jammu and Kashmir, a defence sopkesperson said on Wednesday.
“Acting on credible intelligence inputs and persistent surveillance, movement of terrorists was detected during the early hours today in the general area of Bhimber Gali, along the Line of Control,” said the spokesperson.
He said that responding with decisive force and showcasing superior tactical execution, alert troops of White Knight Corps engaged swiftly, foiling the infiltration attempt and denying any breach of the LoC.
