SGPC opens registration for Khalsa Sajna Diwas pilgrimage to Pakistan Gurudwaras

Chandigarh, Dec 3 (UNI) The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has initiated formal preparations for the annual pilgrimage to Pakistan on the occasion of Khalsa Sajna Diwas (Baisakhi).
The committee has invited applications from devotees wishing to join the April 2026 jatha and asked them to submit their passports by December 25, 2025.
According to SGPC Secretary Partap Singh, the jatha will travel to various historic Sikh shrines across Pakistan, with the primary congregation scheduled at Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib, where special religious programmes are traditionally held during the Baisakhi period. Pilgrims will also visit other prominent gurdwaras included in the official itinerary.
