NC will attend INDIA bloc meeting in Delhi on June 8: Farooq Abdullah

Srinagar, Jun 5 (UNI) President of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Farooq Abdullah on Friday said the party will participate in the upcoming meeting of INDIA bloc parties scheduled to be held in New Delhi on June 8.
Speaking to reporters in Srinagar, Abdullah said either he or Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah would attend the meeting in the national capital.
“The meeting is going to take place. Omar or I, one of us will go. Obviously, we are part of that (INDIA bloc). We will be there,” the former Chief Minister said.

Lucknow, July 10 (UNI) Approximately 10 lakh permanent and contractual employees of Uttar Pradesh's Basic Education Department will be brought under State Bank of India's (SBI) salary package through a proposed agreement between the state government and the country's largest lender, giving them access to insurance and other banking benefits linked to their salary accounts.
