J&K BJP chief calls for mass movement under Atma Nirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan

Jammu, Oct 3 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party president Sat Sharma today called upon party leaders and cadre to transform the Atma Nirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan into a mass movement.
Chairing an organizational meeting at Mahanpur in Basohli tehsil of Kathua district to review ongoing activities and the future roadmap of the Abhiyan, Sharma said the campaign, launched on September 25 on the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, will culminate on December 25, the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Highlighting the core focus of the Abhiyan, Sharma said that 'Vocal for Local' is the bedrock of India’s journey towards true self-reliance.

Farrukhabad, Nov 14 (UNI) A clerk posted at the Superintendent of Police (SP) office in Farrukhabad has been arrested on charges of bribery on Friday. A six-member team from the Lucknow Anti-Corruption Organization unit caught him red-handed while he was allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 15,000.
