Ex-MLA Uday Bhan Karvariya released from Naini jail

Prayagraj, July 25 (UNI) Former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Udaybhan Karwaria, who was serving a life sentence for the murder of ex-Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Jawahar Yadav alias Jawahar Pandit, was released from Naini Central Jail on Thursday morning in view of his good conduct.
Naini Central Jail's Senior Jail Superintendent Rang Bahadur Patel said that the jail administration received the bond document from the District Magistrate's office late on Wednesday evening. After that Uday Bhan was released from jail at around 7:30 in the morning.
It may be noted that the District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Prayagraj had recommended the premature release of former Bara MLA Udaybhan Karwariya on his good conduct in jail, after which the Governor pardoned the remaining sentence of Uday han Karwaria's life imprisonment on the recommendation of the Yogi government.
