MeT predicts light rain, snow in J&K on Nov 4-5

Srinagar, Nov 3 (UNI) The Meteorological Department has forecast generally cloudy weather with a spell of light to moderate rain and light snowfall over higher reaches in many parts of Kashmir and at scattered places in Jammu division tomorrow night.
An advisory issued by the MeT department said there is a possibility of thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds reaching speeds of 30–40 kmph at a few places in the Kashmir Valley towards the evening of November 4.
“Generally cloudy with possibility of a spell of light to moderate Rain/Light snow(higher reaches) at many places of Kashmir Division & scattered places of Jammu division during 4th evening/night to 5th early morning/morning hrs,” Met said.
