15 booked in Kashmir under Narco Act

Srinagar, April 24 (UNI) Police on Wednesday said 15 drug smugglers have been booked under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (PIT NDPS) Act in Kashmir valley.

Ten of them were identified as Bashrat Ahmad Raina of Salamabad, Changez Khan of Bandi and Syed Mehtab Hussain of Paranpeelan in Uri; Manzoor Ahmad Lone aka Munna of Lachipora Bijhama, Nazar Din Bhatti of Madiyan Kamalkote, Imran Ahmad Khan of Noorkhah, Ashiq Hussain Parray aka Elahi of Lawaypora HMT, Altaf Ahmad Mir of Malpora Sopore, Amir Subhan Malla of Watergam Wagoora & Sahil Ahmad Reshi of Chanpora Kunzer who were booked under PIT NDPS Act in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
