J&K Police arrest drug peddler with 1.75 Kgs of Charas in Anantnag

Srinagar, Mar 5 (UNI) Police arrested a drug peddler and recovered 1.75 kgs of Charas powder from his possession in Jammu Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Police said on Wednesday that in a major action against drug trafficking, Police during an area domination operation conducted in the Pazalpora areas intercepted a vehicle at a surprise check on the old National Highway.
Upon searching the vehicle, 1.75 kg of Charas Powder was recovered, they said.
