UP: DJ trolley electrocution kills two, injures several in Shahjahanpur

Shahjahanpur, Aug 6 (UNI) A tragic accident occurred in Shahjahanpur district on Tuesday night when a DJ system mounted on a tractor-trolley came into contact with an overhead high-tension power line, resulting in the deaths of two people and injuries to nearly half a dozen others.
According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Rajesh Dwivedi, the incident took place in Kundaliya village when the tractor-trolley was returning home. The victims were part of a religious procession heading towards Kachla Ghat to collect Ganga water.
Devotees were dancing to the beats of a DJ system mounted on the trolley when the vehicle came in contact with a 11,000-volt high-tension wire passing overhead.
