Rajasthan: CM announces projects-350 e-Libraries, 41 Adarsh Vidhyalayas on bicentennial birth year of Jyotiba Phule

Jaipur, Apr 11 (UNI) Rajasthan today celebrated the bicentennial birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule with state Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma announcing a number of the projects to cherish pioneering role and contribution in welfare of deprived ones and spread of education, particularly, among women folks.
New projects-works, include establishing 41 Mahatma Phule Adarsh Vidhyalaya(s) and opening of more than 350 Savitri Bai Phule e-libraries- at least one in every block of the state.
While state level function to mark the day, was held in Bandikui town of Dausa district, number of programmes were held in cities and towns of the state where politicians from across the party lines, social reformers and academicians paid rich tribute to the thinker, crusader-social reformer and academician.
