10,890 voters opted for home voting in Kangra LS seat: DC

Dharamshala, May 20 (UNI) District Election Officer, and DC Kangra Hemraj Bairwa on Monday said that 10,890 voters have been given the option of home voting in Kangra Chamba parliamentary constituency, which is going to polls on June 1.
The Deputy Commissioner said that in this case, 7409 voters over 85 years of age and 3481 physically challenged voters will cast their votes from home.
The District Election Officer said from May 21 to May 26, polling parties will be sent for home voting through Assistant Election Officers, and the process of home voting will be completed as per the guidelines of the Election Commission.
