UP: 19-yr-old student murdered in Banda

Banda (UP), Mar 12 (UNI) A 19-year-old intermediate student was murdered with a knife and sickle in the Tindwari area of Banda district here in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, police sources said.
Police sources said that Pradeep, a resident of Ghazni village, was a student of Satyanarayan Inter College in Tindwari where his neighbour Ajay Singh's sister also studied. "Ajay suspected that his sister had given the household jewellery to Pradeep," they said.
Police sources said that Ajay's sister committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance about four months ago, in which Pradeep was accused of instigating her to commit suicide. "The case is still pending in the court," they said.

He said the budget does not offer any concrete solutions to inflation, unemployment, and farmers' problems, but is limited to mere statistical manipulation.
