UP: Man killed by nephew in Fatehpur, accused arrested

Fatehpur (UP) May 10 (UNI) A 38-year-old man was beaten to death by his nephew allegedly over petty dispute in Bindaki area of Fatehpur district here in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, a senior police officer said here.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Anoop Singh said that Siyaram Kushwaha 38, a resident of Naraicha village under Bidanki police station area and his nephew Sandeep were both consuming alcohol. Under the influence of alcohol, a dispute started between the uncle and the nephew over some issue," he said.
He said that nephew Sandeep hit Siyaram on the head with a stick due to which the uncle fell down and died. "A report of the incident has been registered. The police have arrested the murderer Sandeep," he said.
