Punjab: Woman, parents booked for duping former husband of Rs 15 lakh

Phagwara, May 16 (UNI) Punjab police have registered a case against a couple and their daughter on the charge of duping the latter's former husband of Rs 15.08 lakh on the pretext of sending him abroad, an officer said here on Thursday.
The case was filed based on a complaint lodged by Rajwinder Kaur of village Katwalo near Phillaur,.
The police have identified the three accused as Simranjit Kaur, her father Paramjit Singh, and Mother Pritam Kaur of Daddal Mohalla Phagwara

Bhakra Beas board allocates 10,300 cusecs of water to Haryana as per new quota
