Jammu: Railway Police seize drugs worth 12 lakh, pistol

Jammu, Aug 11 (UNI) Jammu Railways Police seized drugs worth lakhs and a pistol from here on Sunday.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Railways, Shailendra Singh, said that a massive search operation was initiated by GRP Jammu to thwart any sabotage as well as curb illegal activities.
During the surprise check of the Jammu-bound train, he said that the Railway Police (GRP) team detected and seized 10 kg of Ganja (opium) and one pistol, recovered without a factory manufacture mark.
