Chhattisgarh: One killed, eight injured as bus collides with parked truck in Balod

Balod, May 5 (UNI) A passenger bus heading from Jagdalpur to Raipur collided with a parked truck on National Highway 30 in Chhattisgarh's Balod district on Monday, resulting in one death and eight injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Ramprasad Markam, 23. The injured were sent to Dhamtari district hospital for treatment.
The accident occurred near the Ara petrol pump in the Purur police station area.
