Uttarakhand Govt to sponsor educational tour of 240 topper students

Dehradun, Dec 8 (UNI) Uttarakhand government will sponsor countrywide educational tour of 240 high school toppers of the state who will visit institutions like ISRO, SDSC Sriharikota and other important technological development centres of India. As the students were flagged off for their excursion on Monday chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami asked them to write their tour experiences in the diary along with documenting his government's first time achievements.
Dhami flagged off a contingent of 240 top-scoring students of Uttarakhand Board's High School examination 2025 for his government's second "Bharat Darshan Educational Tour" on Monday. According to the officials in the chief minister's offic(CMO) these students will travel in separate groups to visit various states and the tour program will provides the talented students an opportunity to directly watch and understand India's progress in science and technology, country's history and culture.
CMO officials stated that this is the second edition of the government sponsored educational tour for the top performers of state high school board exams after 156 students visited important scientific and technological institutions of the country
