Public participation absolutely necessary to control forest fires: Kangra DC

Dharamshala, Jun 14 (UNI) Kangra deputy commissioner Hemraj Bairwa on Saturday called for public participation to control forest fires.
While reviewing the incidents of forest fires with officials of the Forest department via a video link, he said that local people should ensure their participation in extinguishing forest fires.
He also said that it is extremely necessary to make people aware in ways to control forest fires.
