HP CM leads rally at Hamirpur against 'chitta'

Hamirpur (HP), Dec 16 (UNI) A walkathon was held at Hamirpur, which was led by Chief Minister SS Sukhu along with his party leaders, district-level officers, and thousands of students of various schools and colleges located in the district, against drug addiction, especially among the youth.
At the boys' school ground, the Chief Minister and other participants took oath to oppose drug abuse, following which the walkathon was flagged off.
While addressing a rally at Dosarka police ground, the CM said a decisive battle against drug abuse was not possible without transforming the anti-chitta (opium husk/heroin) campaign into a mass movement.
