J&K: 2 sisters killed in road accident in Handwara

Srinagar, Aug 5 (UNI) Two sisters died and a man was injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling skidded off the road and rolled down into a deep gorge in Jammu and Kashmir’s Handwara on Monday, officials said.
Police said the vehicle was on its way from Bangus Valley when it met with an accident at Kashtawari Road when the driver lost control over it and fell down into a gorge, resulting in the on-the-spot deaths of two sisters and injuries to a man.
The deceased have been identified as Saba Shafi and Aliza Shafi, daughters of Mohammad Shafi of Pantha Chowk Srinagar.
