New Delhi, Feb 6 (UNI) In a significant move, the Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the transfer of all pending petitions related to the results of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 for undergraduate courses to the Delhi High Court.
A Bench comprising Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna, Justice PV Sanjay Kumar, and Justice KV Viswanathan passed the directive to ensure uniformity and avoid conflicting verdicts across High Courts.
"List before Delhi High Court on March 3. Within seven days of this order, the registrar of each High Court should send the papers (of the concerned pending petitions) to the Delhi High Court," the apex court directed.
