18 CBI officials to receive President's Police Medal on I-Day

New Delhi, Aug 14 (UNI) A total of 18 Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials will be awarded the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service and Police Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of 78th Independence Day this year.
President's Police Medals for Distinguished Service will be awarded to six officers or officials, while Police Medals for Meritorious Service will be conferred to 12 officers or officials, the CBI said in a statement on Wednesday here.
Pradeep Kumar K, SP, ACB, CBI, Jammu; Naresh Kumar Sharma, Additional SP, SU, CBI, New Delhi; Pramod Kumar, Additional SP, ACB, CBI, Mumbai; Mukesh Kumar, Additional SP, AC-II, CBI, New Delhi; Ramji Lal Jat, Head Constable, ACB, CBI, Jaipur and Raj Kumar, Head Constable, HO, CBI, New Delhi will be honoured with President's Police Medals for Distinguished Service on August 15.
