India and Austria strengthen bilateral ties during visit of Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker

New Delhi, Apr 16 (UNI) The visit of Federal Chancellor of Austria Dr Christian Stocker to India highlighted enhanced cooperation in defence and counter-terrorism, alongside the signing of six MoUs, several agreements, and Letters of Intent (LOIs) aimed at deepening bilateral ties.
The two countries emphasised military collaboration, strategic counter-terrorism efforts, and industrial and technological partnerships in defence, while also formalising agreements in other key sectors.
