Make Cong, INDIA bloc candidates victorious in Delhi: Sonia Gandhi urges voters

New Delhi, May 23 (UNI) With just hours left for the campaign for the sixth phase of Lok Sabha election to come to an end on Thursday, former Congress president Sonia Gandhi while terming the 2024 election as very important, appealed Delhites to vote for Congress and INDI alliance candidates and make them victorious.
In a one minute video message, Chairperson of Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP), Sonia Gandhi termed the 2024 Lok Sabha election as "very important" as it is to save the country's Constitution and democracy.
She said that every single vote will end unemployment, reduce inflation, empower women and build India where everyone will be equal.
"This is a very important election. This election is to save the country's democracy and Constitution. This election is being fought on issues like unemployment, inflation, attack on constitutional institutions. You have to play an important part in this fight".
The former Congress President said, "Every single vote of yours will create employment, reduce inflation, empower women and build an India where everyone will be equal with golden future".
"I appeal to you to ensure that the candidates of Congress and INDI alliance win with a huge margin in all the seven seats of Delhi," the Rajya Sabha MP said.
It may be mentioned that all seven parliamentary seats in Delhi will go to the polls on May 25. As per the pre poll INDI alliance seat sharing agreement, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is contesting from four seats while the grand old party from three seats.
