(TSL), PS Krishnamurthy Steels Private Ltd. (PSK), and their directors and key co-accused in Chennai, for offences related to cheating and bank fraud.
The ED initiated the investigation based on two FIRs registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), EOB Chennai, for offences related to cheating and bank fraud under the IPC, 1860.
