Siddhant Chaturvedi curates a city-led experience for Lollapalooza India 2026

Mumbai, Jan 14 (UNI) Actor and musician Siddhant Chaturvedi is set to offer fans an intimate, local lens on Mumbai during Lollapalooza India 2026, as part of a unique, limited-capacity experience designed around music, culture, and the city's everyday rhythms.
As music increasingly shapes how India's Gen Z travels, with 77 percent planning trips around concerts and festivals in 2026, the experience reflects a broader shift in how young audiences engage with live events. Curated and led by Siddhant, Lolla India Like a Local brings together neighbourhood exploration, food, heritage, and music, culminating in a shared experience at Lollapalooza India itself.
The four-hour immersive journey is rooted in the city that shaped Siddhant, taking guests through Bandra's local food spots, a curated heritage walk through Ranwar Village led by architect Nikhil Mahashur, and an intimate jam session where Siddhant performs an original track inspired by Mumbai. The day concludes at Lollapalooza India, with guests experiencing a live performance alongside him.
Central to the experience is The Mumbai Guidebook, a digital city guide curated by Siddhant for visitors attending 'Lollapalooza India 2026'. Featuring his handpicked neighbourhoods, local hotspots, and places that reflect the city's character, the guidebook taps into a growing trend among Indian Gen Z travellers, 76 percent of whom say they have visited a city for the first time because of a concert or festival.
"Mumbai has shaped everything about me, from the music I make to the places I return to. The neighbourhoods I love, the sounds that inspire me, and the everyday moments that make Mumbai what it is. Spending the day exploring together and ending it at Lollapalooza India feels like the perfect way to share that. I'm so excited for this super fun day!" Siddhant Chaturvedi said.
Airbnb is making its first-ever global live music partnership debut in India with curated backstage and artist-led Experiences, bringing fans closer to performers through behind-the-scenes journeys.
The initiative is part of a larger shift unfolding at 'Lollapalooza India 2026', which is emerging as a defining moment for the country's live entertainment economy.
With India's youth seeking more participative, immersive, and values-led engagement, the festival is moving toward a model where collaboration replaces conventional sponsorship.
As a result, brands across fashion, beverages, payments, travel, wellness, beauty, and technology are approaching 'Lollapalooza India 2026' as a space for cultural storytelling rather than traditional promotion.
Together, experiences like Siddhant Chaturvedi's Mumbai-led journey signal how live music festivals in India are evolving, placing people, place, and participation at the centre of the cultural conversation.
