Rajnagar Mangrove wildlife division reports a record 505 dolphin in 2025 census

Kendrapara,Mar 11(UNI) As high as 505 dolphins were spotted during dolphin census -2025 at Rajnagar Mangrove wildlife division against a total population of 710 dolphins in Odisha
As per the dolphin census report, four types of dolphins were spotted during the enumeration drive carried out at Rajnagar Mangrove Wildlife Division for three days in January last.
About 22 Irrawaddy, 5 Bottle Nose ,470 Humpback dolphin, and 8 spinner dolphins were sighted under Rajnagar Mangrove Wildlife Division as per census report .

After a brief rise in temperatures over the past few days, a sharp drop has been recorded, intensifying cold conditions.
