Texmaco wins Rs 243 crore power supply order from MRVC

Kolkata, Aug 3 (UNI) Complete rail solutions company Texmaco Rail & Engineering has secured orders worth over Rs. 243 crore from the Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC) to install power supply on two routes, a top official of the Kolkata-registered concern said on Saturday.
The two routes comprise the third and fourth lines from Virar to Dahanu, and the new suburban corridor between Panvel and Karjat, Texmaco Vice-Chairman Indrajit Mookerjee said.
Under the contract, Bright Power - a division of Texmaco and a hyper-specialised engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) division - will be responsible for design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the ambitious project.
