Kolkata, May 7 (UNI) West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday appealed to all to stay united at this hour when the Indian Armed Forces are fighting against the Pahalgam attackers and terrorists responsible for killing innocent people in Jammu and Kashmir.
" We will fight together hand in hand with the Centre and we will stay together and stay away from any division," Banerjee said immediately after having a teleconference meeting with Union Home minister Amit Shah.
Banerjee, who along with other chief ministers of the bordering states held a video conferencing with Union Home minister Amit Shah, however did not divulge anything regarding the joint meeting, stressed not to be panicky unnecessarily but to be alert and vigilant since the state has international borders.
