Assam BJP unveils process for vision document for 2026 elections

Guwahati, Jan 10 (UNI) The ruling BJP on Saturday formally launched the process of preparing the Sankalp Patra (Vision Document) ahead of the next year's assembly elections.
Assam BJP president Dilip Saikia formally launched the process on Saturday and added that citizens can submit their valuable suggestions in four different modes including a missed call.
"Citizens can submit their valuable suggestions for the 2026 Assembly elections through four different modes. Any aware citizen may give a missed call to 7002126126, after which a message will be received on the same mobile number containing a link. By clicking on the link, a structured format will open where the respondent can enter their name, mobile number, district, and Assembly constituency, and submit their suggestions in the designated column. An acknowledgment of receipt of the suggestion will be sent to the contributor’s mobile phone. In addition to this, suggestions may also be submitted through QR code scanning, via email at bjpassamsankalp2026@gmail.com, and through the official website www.bjpassamsankalp2026.com," said Saikia while addressing a press conference on Saturday at the BJP headquarters in Guwahati.
