Nitish inspects Patna Metro Rail and Museum building expansion projects

Patna, July 17 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday inspected under-construction Patna Metro Rail and Patna museum building expansion projects.
Kumar, along with a host of senior officials and engineers, inspected under-construction Patna Metro Rail project at various locations in the city and issued directive to complete it within stipulated time.
Once fully completed, people would have great relief in communication, without facing any difficulty, he noted.
The Chief Minister also inspected ongoing construction works of underground tunnel connecting old Patna museum and Bihar museum.
He directed the authorities concerned to ensure that tourists could get all required facilities while visiting both the museums.
Kumar said idols and other structures of high antique values were on display in Patna museum.
All cares should be taken for its protection and proper conservation, he directed.
The Chief Minister also visited excavation site in premises of Patna museum.
Ongoing excavation could unravel new facts of ancient history, he noted.
