Armada Bazar owner remanded to judicial custody for defrauding Rs.12 crore from Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Feb 16 (UNI) Designated Court under OPID, Cuttack has remanded director and owner of M/s Armada Bazar Pvt. Ltd Parshuram Rajnetbhai Pal for defrauding Rs.12 crore from Odisha.
Pal was in judicial custody at Agra District Jail being involved in a police case in Jagadishpur and was brought on the strength of a production warrant issued by the Designated Court under OPID, Cuttack to Bhubaneswar on February 15 last.
EOW of Bhubaneswar on Friday said a case was registered against Pal based on a written allegation of one Ruturaj Mohanty, who had alleged that Pal and another arrested accused Pankaj Kumar Parida had cheated him to the tune of Rs.1.26 Crore for opening a new grocery and daily utility item marts in different cities of Odisha.
