NALCO reports 35 pc jump in Q2 net profit to Rs 1,433 cr

Bhubaneswar, Nov 8 (UNI) National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, has reported a remarkable 35 percent growth in net profit for the quarter ended September 2025,with earnings surging to Rs1,433 crore compared to Rs1,062 crore in the same period last year.
According to the results approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting in Bhubaneswar on Friday , NALCO’s total income from operations during the quarter stood at Rs 4,292 crore, registering a 7.2 per cent growth over Q2 of FY 2024–25.
During the first half of FY 2025–26, NALCO continued its strong momentum, posting a 50.15 per cent increase in net profit to Rs.2,497 crore, up from Rs.1,663 crore in the same period last year.
