Armed Forces Flag Day observed in Manipur

Imphal, Dec 10 (UNI) The Armed Forces Flag Day 2025 was observed on Wednesday at the Conference Hall of Raj Bhavan, Imphal, where the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, interacted with retired Army officers and personnel of the Armed Forces.
As part of the ceremony, Lieutenant General K. Himalay (Retd.) ceremonially pinned the Armed Forces Flag on the Governor, symbolising honour, respect, and gratitude to the nation’s soldiers for their courage and sacrifices.
During the interaction, the Governor and ex-servicemen paid rich tributes to the Armed Forces personnel who have laid down their lives in the service of the nation. The solemn moment highlighted the unwavering dedication and valour of the country’s defence forces.
