Jharkhand: Two arrested for murder of elderly couple in Bokaro

Bokaro, Dec 4 (UNI) Bokaro Police have arrested two accused involved in the brutal murder of an elderly couple residing in the Bali Hotel area of Joshi Colony under Harla Police Station.
The victims, Mahavir Sahu (70) and his wife Kaushalya Devi (65), were found murdered late on the night of December 1. The police confirmed the arrest of the accused identified as Prakash Kumar alias Lallua and Ramchandra Kumar alias Bittu.
Bokaro Superintendent of Police Harvinder Singh stated that the elderly couple was attacked with sharp-edged weapons by Prakash and Ramchandra at Gate No. 3 in Joshi Colony. The assailants slit the throats of the victims, leading to their death.
