Property worth Rs 52 lakh of food inspector to be confiscated

Patna, Jan 30 (UNI) A special court of Patna ordered the confiscation of properties worth Rs 52 lakh 80 thousand 333 of a food inspector Surendra Kumar.
While issuing the confiscation order here on Thursday, Brajesh Kumar Pathak asked to confiscate the properties within a month.
Special Public Prosecutor ( PP) Rajesh Kumar said that a Disproportionate Asset case was registered against the then Food Inspector Surendra Kumar of Patna Division
