Arunachal CM joins Losar celebrations at Itanagar Gonpa, emphasises cultural unity

Itanagar, Mar 14 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Friday attended the Losar celebrations at Thupten Gatseling Monastery, widely known as Itanagar Gonpa, marking the conclusion of the 15-day Tibetan New Year festival.
The event witnessed the presence of State Assembly Speaker Tesam Pongte, His Eminence Guru Tulku Rinpoche, leaders from community-based organizations (CBOs), and members of the Buddhist community.
The celebration was a vibrant reflection of Arunachal Pradesh’s rich cultural heritage, spiritual harmony, and timeless wisdom that guides us forward, Khandu, who himself is a Buddhist, said in a social media post.
