Cabinet approves Rs 1347.32 crore for drinking water facility in Aurangabad, Dehri, and Sasaram

Patna, July 19 (UNI) Bihar government under the Jal Jivan Hariyali mission, has sanctioned Rs 1347.32 crore for providing drinking water facilities in Aurangabad, Dehri, and Sasaram utilising surface water of river Son.
After the cabinet meeting in which 27 agendas were taken up, the Additional chief Secretary cabinet S. Sidharth told newspersons here on Friday that Rs 45,66,71,000 was sanctioned under the chief Minister fishery pond development scheme for the current financial year 2024-25.
He said under the fourth agricultural road map in the financial year 2024-25 the government approved Rs 5509.060 lakh for promoting pulses crops, for TRFA-Targeting Rice Fallow Area- Pulses Rs 4086.440 lakh sanctioned, and Rs 9595.500 lakh for execution of the other schemes and withdrawal and expenditure.
