CM Khandu pushes for structured talent pipeline in Arunachal’s creative sector

Itanagar, May 7 (UNI) In a major move to institutionalise the state's creative sector, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Thursday chaired a high-level review meeting with organizers of premier state events and unveiled a vision to transform standalone competitions into a structured talent pipeline aimed at creating sustainable professional opportunities for the youth
in the global entertainment industry.
The meeting focused on six flagship platforms — Miss Arunachal, Mr Arunachal, Mrs Arunachal, Arunachal’s Got Talent, Arunachal Super Dance and Arunachal Idol. Addressing the organizers, Khandu emphasized that cultural events should evolve beyond annual competitions and serve as platforms for long-term career development.
